Important Compliance Notice
PracticeReady Hub is an organizational, recordkeeping, reporting, and practice-management tool. It does not replace the professional judgment of a practice owner, compliance officer, qualified expert, attorney, regulator, equipment service provider, healthcare professional, or other appropriately qualified professional.
3. Regulatory and Compliance Responsibility
PracticeReady Hub is designed to assist customers in organizing records and information that may be relevant to regulatory compliance and inspection readiness. However, PracticeReady Hub does not guarantee that use of the Services will make a customer compliant with any particular federal, state, or local law, regulation, rule, standard, licensing requirement, or inspection requirement.
Laws, regulations, agency interpretations, equipment requirements, registration requirements, inspection requirements, and other compliance obligations may vary by jurisdiction and may change over time.
You remain responsible for:
- Determining which laws and regulations apply to your practice
- Maintaining required licenses, registrations, permits, and records
- Ensuring information entered into PracticeReady Hub is accurate and current
- Meeting applicable inspection and reporting requirements
- Maintaining equipment in accordance with applicable requirements
- Consulting appropriate professionals when necessary
Information, reports, reminders, checklists, links, templates, or other materials provided through PracticeReady Hub are for organizational and informational purposes and should not be considered legal, regulatory, medical, accounting, or professional advice.
4. Reports and Inspection Readiness
PracticeReady Hub may allow customers to generate inspection reports, equipment reports, compliance summaries, service reports, cost reports, inventory reports, and other documents based on information entered or uploaded by the customer.
These reports depend on the accuracy and completeness of the underlying information provided by the customer.
PracticeReady Hub does not warrant or guarantee that any report generated through the Services will satisfy every requirement of a regulator, inspector, agency, licensing authority, auditor, or other third party.
Generation of a report does not constitute certification of compliance and does not guarantee that a practice will pass an inspection.
5. Accounts and Account Security
Certain features require a PracticeReady Hub account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account information and to update that information when necessary.
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account or through user accounts that your organization authorizes.
You must promptly notify PracticeReady Hub if you believe an account has been accessed without authorization or account credentials have been compromised.
PracticeReady Hub may provide different user roles or permissions. Organizations are responsible for determining which individuals should have access to particular locations, records, documents, or features.
6. Subscription Plans and Location Access
PracticeReady Hub may offer different subscription plans with different features, usage limits, location allowances, or other functionality.
The subscription plan, pricing, billing period, included features, and other applicable terms presented at the time of purchase form part of your agreement with PracticeReady Hub.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a subscription may only be used for the practice locations, organization, users, and purposes authorized under the applicable subscription.
Customers may not use a subscription to provide unauthorized access to unrelated organizations or locations that are not covered by the customer's subscription or another written agreement with PracticeReady Hub.
Multi-location organizations may be subject to separate pricing, subscription requirements, order forms, or enterprise agreements.
7. Fees and Payment
You agree to pay all fees associated with the subscription or Services you purchase.
Fees and billing terms will be displayed at the time of purchase or described in an applicable order form, proposal, or written agreement.
Subscription payments may be processed by a third-party payment processor such as Stripe.
By providing a payment method, you authorize PracticeReady Hub and its payment processor to charge applicable subscription fees, taxes, and authorized charges to that payment method according to the billing cycle you select.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing and payment information.
8. Automatic Renewal
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, paid subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of each applicable monthly or annual billing period until canceled.
By purchasing an automatically renewing subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until the subscription is canceled.
Customers should cancel before the next renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing period.
9. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel a subscription using any cancellation method made available through your PracticeReady Hub account or by contacting PracticeReady Hub support.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in writing at the time of purchase, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
Except where required by law or expressly agreed otherwise, subscription fees already paid are non-refundable and are not prorated for partial billing periods.
10. Taxes
Fees may not include applicable sales, use, excise, value-added, or other taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.
You are responsible for taxes associated with your purchase where applicable, except for taxes imposed on PracticeReady Hub's net income.
11. Customer Content
"Customer Content" means information, documents, images, records, files, invoices, forms, equipment information, inventory information, vendor information, staff information, and other content that you or your authorized users enter, upload, submit, or store through the Services.
As between you and PracticeReady Hub, you retain ownership of your Customer Content.
You grant PracticeReady Hub a limited right to host, store, process, transmit, reproduce, display, and otherwise use Customer Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, support, and improve the Services and to fulfill our contractual and legal obligations.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to provide Customer Content to PracticeReady Hub.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, completeness, and appropriateness of Customer Content submitted through your account.

PracticeReady Hub is designed for practice operations, equipment, compliance documentation, service records, inventory management, and related administrative information.
PracticeReady Hub is not designed to function as an electronic health record, patient chart, medical record system, or diagnostic imaging repository.
Unless PracticeReady Hub expressly authorizes such use in writing and any required agreements have been executed, users must not upload or store patient medical records, treatment records, diagnostic images, Social Security numbers, or other protected health information ("PHI") through the Services.
If a customer improperly uploads regulated patient information without authorization, the customer remains responsible for that submission and for complying with applicable privacy and healthcare laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable subscription fees, PracticeReady Hub grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to access and use the Services for your authorized internal business purposes during your active subscription.
No ownership interest in PracticeReady Hub's intellectual property is transferred to you.
15. Feedback and Suggestions
If you voluntarily provide ideas, recommendations, suggestions, or feedback regarding PracticeReady Hub, you permit us to use that feedback to develop, improve, or modify the Services without restriction or obligation to compensate you.
This provision does not transfer ownership of your Customer Content.
16. Third-Party Services and Links

PracticeReady Hub may periodically perform maintenance, updates, upgrades, bug fixes, security changes, or modifications to the Services.
We may add, modify, improve, replace, or discontinue features as the platform evolves.
While we work to provide reliable access to PracticeReady Hub, we do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, internet or hosting issues, third-party providers, security incidents, events outside our reasonable control, or other operational circumstances.
19. Suspension or Termination
PracticeReady Hub may suspend or restrict access to the Services if reasonably necessary because of:
- Nonpayment of applicable fees
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or unlawful activity
- A security threat or suspected unauthorized access
- Use that threatens the integrity or operation of the Services
- A legal or regulatory requirement
Where reasonably appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue before suspension or termination.
We may terminate the Services or an account where continued use presents a material security, legal, operational, or contractual risk.
20. Customer Data Following Termination
Your right to access the Services may end when your subscription or account terminates.
Customers should download or export records they wish to retain before their access ends whenever export functionality is available.
PracticeReady Hub may retain or delete information following termination in accordance with our Privacy Policy, applicable law, contractual obligations, backup practices, security requirements, and legitimate business needs.
